The training record for athletes putting in the work
AVARON is the home for the training athletes do on their own: the drills, reps, and conditioning that happen between practices, in any sport. Live now on iPhone, with a sport-specific drill library (including lacrosse), a per-muscle-group load and readiness map, and gamified progress tracking, an athlete view for individual training and a team view for coaches assigning and monitoring work across a full roster.
Problem
Running apps track runs. Lifting apps track lifts. But no app was built for the lacrosse player taking shots after school, or the soccer player working agility drills alone in a park: the unsupervised work that everything else gets built on. AVARON was built to give that work a home, treating every session as worth counting regardless of sport.
Outcome
AVARON is live now on the App Store and Google Play, for both individual athletes and teams. Fresh off launch, the current focus is onboarding early teams and refining the coach and readiness tools directly from their feedback.
