A mixed-methods capstone examining relational leadership as an ethical and strategic foundation for effective workplaces, pairing Levinas's ethics of the face of the Other with a survey of 32 professionals. Knowledge-sharing emerged as the most effective relationship-building strategy, and relational leadership was found to be underutilized in hybrid work settings.
